Attorney Pamela Lynn Brause is a partner at the firm. She has been admitted to the New Jersey State Bar since 1982, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 1982, and the United States Supreme Court since 1992. Ms. Brause graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College in 1979 and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 1982. She is currently a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. She serves as a Middlesex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist. She has also served on the Middlesex County Assignment Judge's Criminal Lawyers Committee and as co-chair of the Middlesex County Bar Association Criminal Committee. She has lectured on criminal trial practice and attorney ethics, and has appeared as a guest commentator on Court TV. She has considerable litigation experience throughout the Courts of New Jersey, having tried more than 100 cases, including capital murder trials, civil lawsuits and workers' compensation, and divorce and custody hearings.

Attorney Peter Ventrice is a partner at the firm. Since 1991, he has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the United States District Court District of New Jersey, and the New York Bar. Mr. Ventrice graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University in 1987 and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1990. Mr. Ventrice serves on the Middlesex County Assignment Judge's Family Lawyers Committee and as a Middlesex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist. He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association Family Section. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey. He has lectured on domestic violence, civil rights litigation, and criminal appellate advocacy. Mr. Ventrice has received a Preeminent "AV" Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has extensive experience in divorce, family law, domestic violence, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
