Pamela Lynn Brause
Ms. Brause graduated from Rutgers College with a B.A., in 1979, and from Rutgers Law School with a J.D., in 1982. She has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court District of New Jersey since 1982, and the United States Supreme Court since 1992. Ms. Brause serves on the Middlesex County Assignment Judge's Criminal Lawyers Committee, as a Middlesex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist, has served as Co-Chair of the Middlesex County Bar Association Criminal Committee, and is a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. She has lectured on criminal trial practice and attorney ethics, and has appeared as a guest commentator on Court TV. Ms. Brause has extensive experience in criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
Randolph Brause
Mr. Brause graduated from Cornell University with a B.A., in 1982, and from Boston University with a J.D., in 1986. He has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court District of New Jersey since 1986, the New York Bar since 1987, and the United States Supreme Court since 1992. Mr. Brause has been certified by the New Jersey State Supreme Court as a Workers' Compensation Attorney, and has lectured on workers' compensation practice. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association. Mr. Brause has extensive experience in workers' compensation and civil litigation.
Peter Ventrice
Mr. Ventrice graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S., in 1987, and from New York Law School with a J.D., in 1990. He has been admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the United States District Court District of New Jersey, and the New York Bar since 1991. Mr. Ventrice serves on the Middlesex County Assignment Judge's Family Lawyers Committee, as a Middlesex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist, and is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association Criminal and Family Sections, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey. He has lectured on domestic violence and criminal appellate advocacy. Mr. Ventrice has extensive experience in family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
